SK-II CRYSTAL CLUB PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. Definitions :
 
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words/expressions shall have the meanings as respectively set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
"Programme" means the SK-II Crystal Club Programme introduced by Procter & Gamble (International Operations) Pte Ltd hereafter referred to as P&G.
"Account" means a Crystal Club account registered in the member’s name.
"Permanent Member" means the person in whose name the membership is maintained in the SK-II Programme.
"Card" means a temporary or Permanent Membership card issued by P&G to you and any renewal or replacement thereof.
"Rewards" means the goods and services described in the Crystal Club Redemption List or otherwise offered as Crystal Club Rewards at anytime and Benefits.
"Redemption List" means the Leaflet issued by P&G describing the Crystal Club Rewards and Benefits.
"Authorised SK-II counters" are officially recognised SK-II counters.
 
2. Participation :
 
Permanent membership is offered at no charge to genuine purchasers of SK-II products at authorised SK-II counters. Permanent membership is awarded upon a minimum spend as determined by the various countries. P&G reserves the right to refuse membership and cancel memberships at its discretion without prior notice.
 
3. Accumulation of Points :
 
a) Points are awarded in respect to SK-II purchases. The number of Points awarded is calculated based on the posted Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand/Indonesia/Australia currency value of the transaction.
b) Points accrue at the rate of one point for each SGD1 ($1) / MYR1 (RM1) / THB100 (฿100) / IDR6000 (Rp6000) / AUD1 ($1) spent on the purchase of SK-II products. P&G may at its discretion, increase or decrease this rate for selected transactions.
c) Points may be earned through spending by the member or through other activities introduced by P&G.
d) You may only redeem Rewards and Benefits up to the value of your current Points balance.
e) Points are non-transferable and are not redeemable or convertible for cash.
 
4. Duration and Expiry of Points :
 
a) Points accumulated are valid for up to 1 year from the date of membership issuance and will expire on the anniversary date of every subsequent year. Upon expiry of the validity period, any unused Points will be deducted from your account.
b) P&G reserves the right to suspend or exclude you from participation or continuing to participate in the Programme if in its opinion you have breached any term in the use of the Card, and P&G shall not be liable for any such action.
c) P&G reserves the right to cancel or suspend Points (for redemptions) earned on Accounts that are past due.
 
5. Conditions for Redeeming Rewards :
 
a) All Rewards are subject to availability and suppliers’ restriction. P&G cannot be held responsible for availability of the Rewards and/or manufacturing restrictions. P&G may at any time and without notice alter the number of Points required for redemption.
b) Any Reward may, without notice, be withdrawn or substituted for another Reward.
c) All Rewards must be collected at a SK-II beauty counter within the membership home country.
d) Should a Reward collected be faulty, please notify the counter from which the Reward is collected from within three days of receipt.
e) Once a request for a Reward has been made, the order may not be cancelled and the Reward cannot be returned or exchanged for another Reward.
 
6. Account Renewal and Termination :
 

Permanent Membership is automatically renewed annually from the date joined as long as you make one purchase during that membership year.
